1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rocale ("the Service"), operated by Chaosync Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Shared accounts are not permitted on the Free tier.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create on Rocale. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You may not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are billed in advance on an annual basis. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Chaosync Enterprises and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaosync Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chaosync Enterprises operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
