Refund Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Rocale isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get the full amount of that payment back. This applies to new subscriptions, renewals and upgrades, monthly or yearly. No questions needed, although we’d love to know what we could do better.
When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your site and content stay as they are.
2. How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use the “request a refund” link in it; or
- email support@rocale.xyz from your account address with the date of the payment.
3. When the money arrives
Refunds are made by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval. How fast it shows on your statement depends on your bank. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; any exchange-rate difference is set by your bank.
4. Free trial
The Pro trial is free for 3 days and needs a card to start. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If you forget and are charged, the 14-day guarantee above still applies.
5. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel any time in Plan & billing in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. After 14 days, the current period is not refunded unless the law where you live requires it.
6. Exceptions
- Crypto payments are refunded in USD-equivalent stablecoin or by another method we agree with you, since crypto transfers can’t be reversed.
- We may refuse refunds where an account was closed for breaking the Terms of Service, or where refunds are clearly being abused, for example repeated sign-up, refund and sign-up again.
- Nothing here reduces any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
